EXPERIENCE

I am a communications consultant and writer with nearly two decades of experience crafting impactful stories in highly collaborative environments. My special focus is writing in higher education.

Since 2018, I have been writing professionally, supporting publicity campaigns for clients such as Lehigh University's College of Health and the Roanoke Higher Education Center. I honed my storytelling skills by succeeding in PR positions with the New York Philharmonic. As Assistant Director, Tour & Media Relations, I promoted the orchestra’s tours in Europe and California. Then, as a Senior Account Executive at a PR firm in New Orleans, I developed and executed strategic PR and community relations plans for clients in technology, luxury real estate, hospitality, and more. During that time I managed the media campaign for the launch of Tiffany & Co.’s first New Orleans store.

Originally from Quakertown, PA, I am active in my community as President-Elect of the Junior League of the Lehigh Valley and Academic VP of the PTO at my children's elementary school. I am a member of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce's Women's Business Council and the Women's Summit committee. A proud graduate of Bryn Mawr College, I live in Allentown with my husband and two children.
