EXPERIENCE

I am a communications consultant and writer with nearly two decades of experience crafting impactful stories in highly collaborative environments. My special focus is writing in higher education.

Originally from Quakertown, PA, I graduated from Bryn Mawr College with a degree in English. I began my career in New York City working in PR positions at the League of American Orchestras and the New York Philharmonic. As the Philharmonic's Assistant Director, Tour & Media Relations, I promoted the orchestra's tours in Europe and California.

I then worked as a Senior Account Executive at a PR agency in New Orleans, developing and executing strategic PR and community relations plans for clients in technology, luxury real estate, hospitality, and more. During that time I managed the media campaign for launch of Tiffany & Co.’s first New Orleans store.

Since 2018, I have been writing professionally as a Communications Consultant, supporting publicity campaigns for clients such as Lehigh University's College of Health and the Roanoke Higher Education Center. 

I love to live and work in the Lehigh Valley and am active in the community as a member of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce's Women's Business Council and the Women's Summit committee. As VP of Membership for the Junior League of the Lehigh Valley, I oversee marketing and membership, and I'm excited to be organizing our elementary school's Science Fair as the Academic VP on the PTO board. I live in Allentown with my husband and two children.
